2018
My first experience with programming was at 18, about seven years ago. Finding it challenging at first, I decided to strengthen my skills by enrolling in a "Java from Scratch" course at the Software Development Academy
2020
At 20, two years after starting my programming journey, I decided to expand my knowledge by learning the .NET ecosystem. I began with C# and SQL, and since Java and C# share similarities, I was able to pick them up quickly.
JOURNEY
2019
After completing the course, where I impressed the trainers with my final project a JavaFX version of the popular Sizzling Hot casino game. I continued learning independently. With a solid foundation, self-study became easier, and I also advanced my skills through my university education.
2022
2020
Within a year, I landed my first job as a C# Software Developer, where I gained extensive experience by handling everything from client communication to development. Acting as a Full Stack Developer, I frequently transitioned projects between desktop and web platforms, working on both the front end and back end. In this role, I also took on responsibilities typical of a project manager, team lead, and DevOps engineer
After two years, I graduated with a degree in IT Engineering. For my final project, I developed a desktop application called iSlavici Classbook, which serves as a note catalog currently used by the university.
2023
I consistently pursued learning and growth by working on various personal projects and freelancing for a short time. While managing two jobs, I often dedicated my weekends or put in 3-4 hours of overtime to further enhance my skills.
2025
Now, after nearly seven years in the field, I work as a Full Stack Developer. What once felt overwhelming and insurmountable now seems like second nature. In my free time, I’ve started creating courses to share my knowledge and help others on their programming journeys.
